We are used to running team building retreats for our clients from our suitcases and we have run programmes in several locations in Asia, including Macau, Shenzhen (China), Chiang Mai, Koh Samui (Thailand), Bali, Batam &#038; Bintan Islands (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur, Penang &#038; Desaru (Malaysia) and Singapore (where we have another office).</p>
<p>We have recently completed another project with FrieslandCampina (largest dairy products company in Holland and one of the largest in the world) in Club Med Bali. The retreat was a combination of learning and leisure, where participants completed a team building workshop and also had some time for relaxation. </p>
<p>The cusomised programme that we conducted for the group was focused on &#8220;embracing change&#8221;, &#8220;team building&#8221; and &#8220;buiding relationships&#8221;.</p>
<p>Their GM loved our programme and was delighted that the participants were able to recount the learing points on the morning meeting on the following day.</p>
<p>They were also pleased with the creative activities that kept the participants engaged throughout the team building programme.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Brains, Brawn &#038; Bucks - indoor team building for JPMorgan Chase &#038; Co. in Hong Kong]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are glad to announce that we have completed the 2nd run of the highly popular indoor team building programme, &#8220;Brains, Brawn &#038; Bucks&#8221; (or B-cube) with JPMorgan Chase &#038; Co. in Hong Kong.</p>
<p>After our first run on 05Jun09, the organisers conacted us again for round 2 of the programme on 30Jun09.<br />
The purpose of doing the team building on the second day of this new intake of staff was to start the bonding process earlier in their course and also help them to understand the benefits of working together and leveraging on one another&#8217;s strenghts in the office.</p>
<p>The team building session was conducted in their office seminar room and lasted about 3 hours and the participants were challenged in different aspects of intelligences and had to complete tasks as a group. They will also involed in a finale exercise where they had to collaborate instead of compete.</p>

<p>Meeting &#038; Seminar Rooms<br />
The hotel has 8 seminar rooms which can house up to 240 pax. The seminar rooms can be used for meetings for smaller groups or as break out rooms for group that require small group discussions.</p>
<p>Grand Ballroom and Outdoor Grand Marquee<br />
Other than the usually grand ballroom, the Gold Coast Hotel has a large air conditioned marquee that can sit up to 400 guests, making it one of the largest alternative to indoor ballroom type of functions.</p>
<p>The hotel also has several outdoor areas that we can use for team building activities, including the Dream Garden &#038; Love Avenue. </p>
<p>There are also two tennis courts that can be used for group activities.</p>
<p>The beach is also an ideal place to host outdoor activities like our anergy beach-a-thon or sandcastle WARs team building challenges.</p>

Ever thought of doing a team building session in Disneyland? Yes, in the park itself! Theoretically, this is not possible as they do not allow teambuilding activities inside thier park. However, you can still take the rides while playing a game (briefing and debrief can be done outside the entrance). So technically, team bulding in he park is still possible.</p>
<p>If you are a Disney fan visiting the park, the excitement is indescribable when you see all the Disney characters &#8220;coming to life&#8221;. The park opens at 10am and closes at about 7:30pm on normal days (non-peak periods). For group sizes of about 50 pax and above private breakfast or dinners in the park (before opening and after closing hours) can be arranged at additional charges. Special promotional packages may be availabe - do enquire with us if you are interested.</p>
<p><h2 dir="ltr">香港迪士尼樂園里搞公司活动（是的，在公園里面！ ）</h2>
<p><div dir="ltr">香港迪士尼樂園位於迪斯尼酒店附近（在大嶼山） 。公園內不允許團隊建設活動（但您還是可以使用它們的遊樂設施，teambuilding briefing and debrief 我們可以到公園門外解決） 。</p>
<p>
如果你是一個迪斯尼公園愛好者，進入公園那分興奮是難以形容的，你會看所有的迪斯尼人物“活起來” 。公園開放時間為上午10點至晚上7點半左右在（非繁忙期） 。在公園關閉時間可為規模大約50人以上的集團進行私人早餐或晚餐（開放之前和結束後，需要支付額外的費用） 。如果你有興趣，請向我們詢問。</p></div>

<p>Disneyland Hotel is one of favourite team building venues in Hong Kong due to a few reasons. First of all Disney Hotel, together with Hollywood Hotel  sits on one of the largest plot of land for hotels in Hong Kong. Together, they have about 1,000 guest rooms and A LOT of open spaces for activities around the two hotel premises.</p>
<p>Disneyland Hotel also houses one of the largest ballrooms in Hong Kong, with a 1,000 guest seating capacity, the ballroom can also be partitioned for small groups,  meetings and seminars, minimum group charges starts from about 10 pax.</p>
<p>Hollywood Hotel houses 600 guest rooms and there are also lots of greenery and open spaces around the resort (even though the function rooms are all located at Disneyland Hotel).</p>
<p>Another reason is that Disneyland Hotel (being Disneyland) is very open to the various types of teambuilding programmes that we run, we are able to run ANY of our repertoire of programmes at this venue, including the Laser Shootout programme.</p>
<p>As a 5-star hotel, the charges of seminar packages at Disneyland Hotel is also very reasonable compared to some venues we frequent in town. Do drop us an enquiry if you are considering Disneyland Hotel as a possible team building venue.</p>
<p><h2>香港迪斯尼樂園酒店</h2>
<p>
迪斯尼樂園酒店是我們在香港最喜歡的團隊建設地點之一。其中一個原因就是因為迪斯尼樂園酒店加上好萊塢酒店的場地應該是香港最大的一塊土地。同時，他們也有大約1000間客房和大量的空間作為團隊建設活動。</p>
<p>
迪斯尼樂園酒店內還設有香港最大的宴會廳。1000名客戶座位的宴會廳也可分割為小房，讓較小的團隊作團隊建設或會議和研討會。最低費用從約10人以上開始。好萊塢酒店有600間客房，也有大量的草地和空地（所有會議廳都位於迪斯尼樂園酒店）。</p>

另一個原因是迪斯尼樂園酒店（正因為是迪斯尼“樂”園）思想非常開通，我們各種不同類型的團隊建設方案，都能夠任我們在他們的場地舉行-包括紅外線野戰隊伍建設方案。</p>
