Anergy Hong Kong Team Building
Hong Kong Team Building website was set up to give site visitors an idea of the latest team building programmes that we offer, to assist them in planning their next teambuilding event. It also aims to provide site visitors with a list of possible team building venues.
Hong Kong Team Building is wholly owned and operated by Anergy Fun Engineers Limited, a registered in Hong Kong (in 2008). Anergy is our regional HQ to offer our programmes in asia. The city was chosen partly due to its geographical proximity to other international cities like Macau, Shanghai, Zhuhai and neighbouring countries like Taiwan, Japan and Korea. Our team is also familiar with the city as we have been visiting in the past few years for work as well as leisure.
Anergy has specialised in corporate team building activities in Singapore since early 2003. We were among the pioneering companies to provide professional team building programmes that are different from traditional forms of teambuilding in Singapore. We started to offer quality programmes to organisations Asia, for their meetings, incentive trips or events. Most of our clients are multi-national corporate companies.
Our Experience
Anergy is among the few team building companies in Hong Kong with international experience, having conducted our programmes in several parts of Asia for our clients. Between 2003 to 2008, we have conducted a number of programmes in cities like Desaru, Penang, Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur (in Malaysia), Bintan and Batam islands (in Indonesia), Koh Samui & Chiangmai (in Thailand) and in hotels and resorts in Hong Kong & Macao. These programmes were typically for corporate companies with participants from across the globe.
More than just our bread and butter, our passion for team building and innovation constantly causes us to adapt to provide a wide range of highly effective and entertaining programmes for our clients. Our consolation is the testimonials from our clients telling us that not only their training objectives have been met but importantly, relationships were strengthened.
Our Secret
One of the most important reasons for the success of our programmes is the fact that we emphasise the importance of having fun as a team. Our team building sessions not only focus on delivering training objectives (as “FUN” IS OUR MIDDLE NAME), our programmes are guaranteed to bring an unforgettable experience to your team.
Experience has shown that our senses are heightened when we are playing games. Research also shows that learning through games is one of the most effective way to gain knowledge. In her book ‘The Power of Mindful Learning’, Ellen J Langer encourages introducing learning materials through play. National Training Laboratory of the United States has also proven that learning by doing (playing games) proves to be most effective, next to personal coaching. Since a personal coach for all our managers and staff is out of the question, learning through fun team building games is the most practical way to learn.

自2003年初恩基在新加坡已开始举办企业團隊建設活動。当时像我们专注于提供与傳統形式的團隊建設公司寥寥无几。由于我們提供高質量的團隊建設方案，团队建设的概念也是从美国传出的，起初我們的大多數客戶都是来自各国的跨国企業公司。当然，经过这些年，我们也熟悉了国营企业与中小型企业公司的文化。
我們的團隊建設經驗
恩基算是在香港少數有國際經驗的團隊建設公司之一，我們曾在亞洲的部分地區為我們的客戶推行团队建设方案。由2003年至2008年之間，我們曾在馬來西亞的迪沙魯（Desaru），檳城(Penang)，浮羅交怡(Langkawi)及吉隆坡(Kuala Lumpur)，印度尼西亞的民丹島(Bintan)和巴淡島(Batam)，泰國的蘇梅島(Koh Samui)，清邁(Chiangmai)和香港及澳門的酒店及度假村主办团队建设活动。
