Teambuilding Programmes and Other Services

Professional Team building programmes form a large part of our core business but we have also evolved to offer other programmes like fun team games, events management & emcee services (for corporate groups) and also laser shootout birthday parties (using our laser tag guns).

Team Building Programmes

As we do have a suite of programmes (a larger list can be found on http://www.teambuilding.com.hk/teambuilding.htm), we are featuring a few of them below:

Anergy Synergy Race – “Amazing Race” Style Team Building

Often confused as a treasure hunt, our Synergy Race is much more than that. This is one of our flagship team building programmes which we have conducted more than 200 runs (for corporate groups alone, as of Dec 2008) in various cities in Asia. Initially design for group sizes of more than 200 people; we have successfully adapted this game such that even 9 participants can enjoy this highly exciting activity that engages both your mind and body.

We run our race differently from most of our competitors. A good example is that we do not structure our programmes to save on cost – we do it to maximise effectiveness. Even for small group sizes (of about 10 participants), we will usually schedule 1 main trainer with 5 other staff to run this programme so that the scores given and additional observations made on behaviour of participants are consistent (the trainer makes most of the observations though). If you have not tried our Synergy Race yet, you are in for an exciting trip.

Another interesting point to note is that Synergy Race is one of the most common programmes to be repeated by teams who have already done it before – that, we must say, is a testimony in itself.

Laser Shootout – “Wargame Without Bullets”

We are proud to be the sole provider of Laser Shootout programme (outdoor laser tag) in Hong Kong. This highly exciting “wargame without bullets” programme is one of its kind here, and its popularity will soar in no time.

 The special thing about Laser Shootout is that you do not have to wear any form of protection to play this game. It is much safer than traditional wargamming activites and also more hygienic (as no protective masks are required). Another interesting thing, that you may wish to note, is that this game can be done either outdoors or indoors, in an auditorium or large ballroom (there is a setting on our guns to toggle between indoor and outdoor modes).

The Laser Tag guns run on rechargeable batteries and emit harmless infra red light (similar to our household air-condition and car remote controllers). Sensors are also attached to each player via a body harness. These sensors detects the light which are fired from opponents and transmits this information to the on board processor in each gun.

The speakers in the gun then let out a sound effect (it goes “Uuuh”) and there is also a LCD screen that also shows the relevant information like how many lives does the play still has left, the number rounds left in the magazine (or clip) and how many clips are still left. Another thing that makes the game even more exciting is that the guns can track who has shot you how many times in the last game.

Laser Shootout is not only fun because of its novelty; it is highly exciting and effective in driving home learning points on leadership, communication, planning and motivation.

Video Production Teams

Video production teams, as the name suggests, challenges the teams to accomplish the role of video production teams. The teams are given a theme to follow and they will need to devise a script, draw up a storyboard (examples will be given) and plan out their video shoot. Usually done in a location where it is interesting for them to shoot videos, this activity also gives participants a good chance to pull off funny stunts on tape. At the end of the activity, they will also be treated to a video screening – of their own funny videos, of course.

This game is an excellent team building game not only because they get to do something really interesting together, they will also have to share the workload and leverage on the strengths of one another to accomplish the task.

This activity is also very low on physical requirements, the only equipment that they have to lug around will be the handy cam. No editing experience is required as our editors will be the ones helping them with the video editing when they return with their clips.

Meeting and Seminar Planning Service

We entered into meeting and seminar planning service initially as value added services to our clients. Some of our clients prefer a one-vendor contact and since we were handling their team building project, they requested that we assist them with their event, meeting or seminar planning.

Over the years, in order to run our team building events effectively, we have acquired the talents and skills to manage a meeting or seminar professionally. We are able to develop and customize online registration systems, get designs for your theme and coordinate your meeting requirements. One our recent client is Merck Serono and the attendees of the meeting included Doctors and medical practitioners.

Emcee Services

Emcee skills are also vital to our team building programmes as some of our clients combine their Dinner and Dance or Family Day events with their teambuilding sessions. Anergy also work with a pool of English speaking emcees who are able to chair your meeting or product launch. Again, this service is related to our work and has evolved to be an income stream for us. We have recently assisted Hewlett Packard Hong Kong (under c/o AdWISH Marketing) to chair a formal product launch with professionals from the IT Industry over a lunch time talk (Mar 2009).

我們的協同競技的運行跟我們大多數的競爭者大有不同。一個很好的例子是，我們的方案我們並不強調以節省成，而是以最大限度來提高效率。即使是小規模（約10人參加），我們通常會委任1名主教練和5名其他工作人員執行這一方案。這樣一來，工作人員所給的分數和給的意見會較為可觀（比起1名員工作一個參加小組的領隊）。如果您沒有嘗試過我們的協同經濟，您不會明白為何這個方案是我們的客戶最常重複的團隊建設培訓方案（就是曾經進行過這項訓練的隊伍再次選擇這個放案）。

紅外線野戰–沒有子彈的槍戰

影視製作團隊建設課程

影視製作團隊建設，顧名思義，挑戰小組完成視頻製作的團隊作用。各小組會爭對一個主題，寫出一個劇本，並擬定一份故事板作為拍攝計劃書。通常他們拍攝的影片的位置會設在一個較為有趣的地點。這項活動也給參賽會者一個很好的機會來彼此溝通，並拍下當天大家一起逗趣與玩樂的情景。當然，活動結束，他們也將其他小組所拍攝的影片。

這個活動之所以是一個很好的團隊建設遊戲，不僅是因為參賽者們能在一起玩樂，他們也將分擔工作量，並充分利用每一個組員的長處來完成任務。這項活動的安全性也非常高，唯一需要攜帶的設備錄像機和計劃書。參賽者們也不需要有電腦編輯的經驗，我們的編輯將幫助他剪輯當日所拍攝的影片。

会议及研讨会计划服务

我們最初是應客戶要求才進入會議和研討會規劃服務。我們的一些客戶喜歡通過一個供應商來處理他們整個團隊建設的活動，會議或研討會的規劃，所以讓我們一手包辦。日子久了，我們的員工也吸收了這一方面的技巧，我們還有全職的設計師為客戶作平面設計和會議登記網站。我們最近剛剛為默克雪蘭諾公司主辦了一個會議，會議代表包括醫生和在醫務界的專業人士。

司儀服務

我們的一些客戶也要求把團隊建設融入他們的舞會，家庭日，公司活動或會議。我們有一批講流利英語的司儀誰能夠作您的會議主席或新產品的推出會的主持人。最近，我們剛剛協助惠普香港（ Hewlett Packard Hong Kong，通過AdWISH Marketing）主持他們在午餐時的產品推出會，出席的都是資訊科技產業的專業人士（ 2009年3月） 。
